Arise at six thirty, shower and shave
Android state, such a way to behave
Laptop in place, in its little black case
Awaiting the train, just another blank face

Pinstripe suit and self coloured tie
Polished shoes and black hair dye
A cup of coffee and the morning rag
Out in the rain an having a fag

Another high flyer in this City Place
Trying to keep up, with the human race
Mr. Jones got this, Mr. Jones got that
His life, depicted in a certain format

Home to the wife, two kids and the dog
Sit down and relax, another hard slog
Never recalling what happened that day
For another’s livelihood you grasped away

Another day in this fearsome rat race
Robbing the poor, such a disgrace
Rewarding themselves with wads of cash
Blaming all others, as it came to a crash

These Fat Cat Bankers, should be made to pay
For the financial destruction we live with today.
If the humble man had committed such crime
Wouldn’t be long before he was doing some time
