The joggers jog
The talkers talk
The pushchairs push
The walkers walk

Stars of the future
Asleep in their pram
Proudly watched over
By mother and gran

The old lady scatters
The bread on the ground
The hungry birds eat
With not a sound

Its Sunday morning
Alone in the park
The vagabond figures
Been here since dark

Less fortunate people
With sticks and chairs
We ask for a cure
Thro forgiveness and prayers

Dog walkers arrive
With family and friends
Volumes turned up
Enjoyment descends

Time to go………
